What you'll do

• Manage daily mortgage operations across the loan lifecycle
• lead, coach, and develop processors, closers, and operations staff
• monitor pipeline health, capacity, productivity, and service metrics
• support complex or escalated files
• collaborate across underwriting, sales, compliance, secondary marketing, and closing
• improve workflows, SOPs, and quality controls
• identify automation opportunities
• ensure compliance with lending guidelines
• track KPIs
• support audits, quality reviews, and investor requirements.
