What you'll do

• Identify and engage prospective clients through directories, referrals, events, and outreach
• build relationships with university and military housing contacts and manage accounts
• prepare and deliver customized quotes and presentations
• collaborate with district and regional managers and account executives
• maintain Salesforce and ZoomInfo records and complete expense and sales reports
• represent CORT at housing fairs, conferences, and campus events
• support teammates with insights, coaching, and collaboration on relevant trends.
