What you'll do

• Own the hospice revenue cycle across sites and states, including revenue cycle KPIs, eligibility and benefit verification, pre-billing audits, claims, denials, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Manage the third-party billing vendor, partner with local agencies on consistent practices and training, standardize workflows and controls, develop the team, and work with Finance on close, reserves, cash forecasting, and compliance.
