The Developmental Paraprofessional (DPP) – Adults’ Dayhab Program is an onsite, part-time role in Pocatello, ID, paying $10–$12 per hour. Journeys Developmental Disability Agency supports adults with developmental disabilities in center-based and community settings. The role helps participants build functional, social, communication, and behavioral skills while supporting their personal goals and independence. Working under Developmental Specialists, the paraprofessional provides individualized assistance, records progress, and helps maintain a safe, supportive environment.

What you'll do

• Support adults 18+ in group and one-to-one settings
• help develop daily living, communication, social, and behavioral skills according to person-centered plans
• record data and provide real-time feedback
• assist with personal care as needed
• maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• attend weekly training and submit daily paperwork.
