Extractor / Mandrel Prep Operator — Night Shift

What you'll do

• Load and unload pipes to and from the oven using hoist cranes
• follow production cycles through oven zones
• secure mandrel components
• move cured pipes to the extractor rack
• operate a cutting saw and extraction unit
• prepare and inspect mandrels and sleeves
• monitor product quality and record production
• report equipment issues and maintain a clean work area.
