What you'll do

• Greet visitors, employees, and contractors
• verify access authorization and direct people according to site procedures
• monitor lobby activity, access-control systems, and visitor processes
• issue visitor credentials and maintain visitor and delivery records
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations
• maintain an orderly reception area and report unusual activity or security concerns.
