The Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Greater Tampa role is onsite across client settings in the Greater Tampa area, including Lakeland, Wesley Chapel, North Tampa, and Lutz. Compensation is $28–$35 per hour. The Florida ABA provider serves clients at home, at school, and in centers. Under BCBA supervision, the BCaBA carries out behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans, supports and coaches technicians, and uses data to guide treatment decisions. Collaboration with families and school teams helps maintain progress across settings.

What you'll do

• Carry out and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision
• supervise, train, and coach RBTs and Behavior Technicians in the field
• collect, graph, and analyze data
• assist with assessments, treatment-plan updates, and progress reports
• work with families, caregivers, and school teams
• maintain accurate and timely session documentation.
