What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment
• source candidates through job boards, associations, schools, referrals, social media, and outreach
• maintain talent pipelines and applicant tracking records
• screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• coordinate interviews and selection feedback
• communicate with candidates
• track recruitment metrics
• support offer preparation and extensions
• and represent the organization at career fairs and outreach events.
