What you'll do

• Perform roadside and field repairs and maintenance on heavy- and medium-duty vehicles
• respond to calls as assigned
• diagnose problems using original-equipment software and other methods
• explain issues to customers and validate repairs
• handle warranty parts, maintain service-truck inventory, complete paperwork and possible payment collection, and maintain the service vehicle and equipment.
