Field Service Technician — Medical Equipment

What you'll do

• Inspect and evaluate medical equipment at customer locations
• troubleshoot visible, mechanical, electrical, or operational issues
• access internal areas by removing and reinstalling covers or panels
• perform minor repairs, adjustments, or component replacement within approved scope
• photograph and document findings, equipment condition, and recommended next steps
• escalate issues requiring additional support
• coordinate repairs and follow-up
• maintain equipment records, reports, tools, and parts
• follow manufacturer, company, customer, and safety requirements
• communicate professionally with customers and teams.
