Lead Retail Sales Associate

What you'll do

• Assist Wellness Advisors with customer consultations and standard questions or complaints. Educate customers about cannabis products and their effects, and use selling and cross-selling techniques. Verify customer identification and order accuracy
• label and package orders and handle cash in the point-of-sale system. Maintain records, conduct inventory counts, organize stock and displays, and support store security and cleanliness. Assist with onboarding and training Wellness Advisors and complete opening and closing tasks and shift checklists.
