Thermoforming Operator, Day Shift

The Thermoforming Operator role is onsite in Berthoud, CO, with compensation of $22–$27 per hour. Associated Thermoforming’s forming production team makes products that must meet company and customer quality standards. The operator runs forming machinery and performs production and basic adjustment tasks so finished products can move to the next production stage. The position offers progression through Levels 1–3 as employees develop technical knowledge and machine-operation skills.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor forming machinery
• perform cutting, trimming, band sawing, deburring, sanding, cleaning, and packaging as required
• follow process instructions and quality standards
• load and unload molds, fixtures, and parts with assistance when needed
• use approved production tools
• perform basic maintenance and mechanical adjustments based on training and experience.
