Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is an onsite position in Rio Rancho, NM. Compensation is not specified. The role manages design and construction project execution for high-volume manufacturing facilities, coordinating scope, schedule, budget, design resources, and stakeholder needs. It contributes to safe, accurate project completion and integrated construction delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned construction project scope, schedule, and budget
• coordinate design resources and schedules
• manage design output, technical transfer, quality, change control, approvals, and budgets
• oversee architectural and engineering vendor performance
• ensure design verification and construction services deliverables are executed
• participate in design reviews and provide constructability feedback
• support integrated construction schedules
• engage in contract and legal matters, incident investigation, safety training, and project assessment as required.

Why this role
