What you'll do

• Acquire and process items for online sale
• scan books
• write item descriptions and take photographs
• upload listings to ShopGoodwill and other auction sites
• answer customer questions and follow up on complaints as instructed
• track packages
• shelve listed items and pull sold items
• maintain records and a clean, safe work area.
