What you'll do

• Lead a 25–30-person service organization
• coach managers and team leads
• manage dispatch, prioritization, escalations, and workload
• meet SLA, response, resolution, and client-satisfaction targets
• oversee onboarding, migrations, and infrastructure projects
• track and improve service and project metrics
• refine processes and documentation
• own after-hours and on-call coverage
• handle client escalations and service-quality meetings
• partner with sales and account management
• hire, train, and conduct performance reviews.
