Machinist and Mold Maker — First Shift

The Machinist and Mold Maker role is onsite in West Berlin, NJ, on a full-time first-shift schedule. Pay is $30–$40 per hour, based on experience. Broadway USA Inc. produces high-quality tooling and machined components in a clean, team-oriented manufacturing environment. The role builds, repairs, and maintains molds, tooling, fixtures, and precision components. By interpreting drawings, operating precision machinery, and inspecting finished parts, the machinist supports production quality and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Read and interpret CAD, engineering, and shop drawings
• set up and operate manual and/or CNC milling machines, surface grinders, lathes, and other precision tools
• build, repair, modify, and maintain molds, tooling, fixtures, and components
• machine parts to close tolerances
• inspect finished components with precision measuring instruments
• troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend process improvements
• maintain a safe, organized work area.
