What you'll do

• Help plan and assign daily sales team tasks and goals
• conduct morning briefs
• support scheduling, recruiting, training, staff development, and performance assessment. Handle point-of-sale transactions, cash, reconciliations, deposits, and store opening or closing as needed. Support inventory, visual merchandising, client outreach, sales reporting, customer service, and loss prevention. Assume the Store Manager’s responsibilities when unavailable.
