What you'll do

• Assist nurses with bathing, grooming, dressing, meals, and other activities of daily living
• document vital signs, weight, meal intake, and bowel and bladder information
• assist with restorative nursing
• answer call lights
• observe safety policies and identify hazards
• report resident concerns and changes
• complete ADL tracking
• follow infection-control procedures
• transfer and ambulate residents according to policy
• mentor new CNAs
• restock supplies
• provide personal hygiene, positioning, linen changes, and other assigned care
• document care and maintain resident confidentiality.
