The role supports cloud infrastructure, collaboration services, identity controls, service health, and security and compliance work across the organization.

What you'll do

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Azure infrastructure
• administer Azure compute, storage, networking, monitoring, backup, and access controls
• administer Microsoft 365 tenant settings and Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Apps
• manage Microsoft Entra integration and least-privilege controls
• automate administration with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
• monitor service health and coordinate response
• partner with cybersecurity and compliance teams
• troubleshoot incidents, fulfill service requests, implement approved changes, document root causes, and maintain runbooks and diagrams
• participate in escalation or on-call coverage when required.
