What you'll do

• Welcome guests and assist with their stay
• handle check-in, checkout, courtesy calls, concerns, and requests
• take and adjust reservations
• use the front desk system for transactions and reports
• communicate with housekeeping about room availability and guests
• work with hotel management and team members to support guest experience.
