What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, printers, scanners, webcams, and other hardware
• install and configure Windows/macOS and business applications
• deploy workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
• troubleshoot wired and wireless connectivity
• assist with patching and cabling
• maintain asset records and documentation
• resolve tickets and escalate issues as needed.

Why this role
