The engineer manages complex civil engineering work, develops technical solutions, and coordinates with clients and project teams. The role contributes to land development, site improvement, drainage, utilities, flood mitigation, and related investigations while supporting project delivery and technical development.

What you'll do

• Prepare proposals, budgets, and personnel requirements
• plan work for supervisor approval
• conduct assignments involving unusual problems
• manage complex projects or project components
• supervise and evaluate technical work
• delegate tasks and coach project staff
• maintain client and external project relationships
• contribute to internal technical training
• draft reports, letters, specifications, and proposals
• lead technical and project discussions.
