What you'll do

• Support clients in developing independent-living skills and pursuing wellness and recovery goals
• provide support in residential and community settings
• participate in one-to-one and group activities
• assist with apartment maintenance
• maintain accurate documentation
• communicate with the treatment team
• support household management and transport residents to appointments, shopping, and activities.
