What you'll do

• Prepare cold and hot food items according to preparation guidelines
• cut fresh vegetables and make sauces and marinades from scratch
• operate food-preparation equipment
• follow food-safety protocols and prevent cross-contamination
• maintain clean and sanitary prep stations
• set up and dismantle prep areas
• communicate with kitchen leadership and kitchen zones
• stock work areas
• learn seasonal menu components
• properly store received orders.
