What you'll do

• Provide courteous customer service
• process deposits, withdrawals, payments, check cashing, and bank-check sales
• balance transactions and cash
• participate in branch settlement
• perform check scanning and other operational tasks
• maintain knowledge of bank products and services and make referrals
• settle and balance ATMs
• answer telephone inquiries and provide clerical support
• assist with account problems and file maintenance
• work at least two Saturdays per month and cover any office as needed.
