What you'll do

• Provide first aid and emergency care
• administer prescribed oral, inhaled, and injectable medications according to physician orders and district policy
• assist students with chronic conditions and specialized procedures when required
• maintain confidential electronic and paper health records
• notify parents or guardians about illness or injury
• collaborate with school administrators on safety protocols
• assess whether students should remain at school or be sent home under applicable guidelines and policy.
