Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader guides front- and back-of-house employees and maintains daily operating standards. The role supports guest experience, food safety, training, inventory, cash controls, and labor management during assigned shifts.

What you'll do

• Manage front- and back-of-house employee performance
• train and onboard employees
• complete operational checklists, line checks, and opening and closing tasks
• monitor guest experience metrics and food-safety standards
• manage food ordering, inventory, cash policies, and daily labor.
