Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Present and explain treatment plans
• answer patient questions
• coordinate appointments
• verify dental insurance benefits
• explain patient portions, payment options, payment plans, and third-party financing
• follow up on unscheduled treatment
• coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to keep plans and documentation accurate
• maintain notes on treatment status, communications, and financial arrangements
• assist with front-office and administrative duties as needed.
