The Construction Assistant Project Manager role is onsite at jobsites across Central Ohio, with assignments based on business needs. Pay is $65,000–$110,000 per year. The Assistant Project Manager helps make project operations more efficient by supporting contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and contract administration. The role coordinates project documentation, materials, schedules, and close-out activities with project and field operations.

What you'll do

• Create and submit RFIs and integrate them into project documentation
• coordinate vendor and supplier submittals
• support change orders
• update contract documents and photograph jobsites
• monitor schedules
• coordinate material and equipment deliveries with the Foreman
• lead project close-out documentation
• support project finance.
