The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, full-time position based in Oak Grove, MO, with services provided in clients’ homes, schools, or community settings. What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans

• assist with individualized treatment goals
• support communication, social interaction, and daily-living skills
• provide feedback and progress reports to the treatment team
• use applied behavior analysis techniques to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors
• maintain timely session notes and documentation.
