The role supports staff development, sales, inventory accuracy, cash procedures, compliance, and customer loyalty through hands-on leadership and customer engagement.

What you'll do

• Assist with staff training, coaching, daily huddles, and zone charts
• support day-to-day store leadership and maintenance
• help meet sales expectations and promote products
• assist with inventory intake, reconciliation, order fulfillment, and compliance
• support opening and closing, cash handling, and deposits
• maintain accurate online menus and shelf stocking
• support customer experience and loyalty initiatives.
