Nocona Rehabilitation and Care Center’s mission is to provide high-quality, person-centered care with dignity, respect, compassion, and integrity. The aide supports residents’ meal service by helping prepare and serve meals and snacks, checking trays against menu and diet preferences, and maintaining safe, sanitary food-service areas. The work contributes to residents’ daily care and comfort.

What you'll do

• Assist with meal and snack preparation and service
• use portion-control procedures
• clean work areas, equipment, floors, dishes, and utensils
• distribute menus and check trays for menu and diet preferences and accuracy
• store food and supplies properly
• follow sanitary, safety, standard-precaution, and infection-control procedures
• wash dishes according to applicable guidelines.
