What you'll do

• Direct day-to-day clinical staff activities

• chart according to facility policy
• administer medications as ordered
• make daily unit rounds
• verify staffing and redistribute staff as needed
• collaborate with charge nurses on resident care and conditions
• respond to emergencies.
