What you'll do

• Measure and document vital signs and blood glucose
• report abnormal readings and changes in patient condition
• provide 1:1 observation and routine rounding
• assist with activities of daily living, admissions, transfers, and discharges
• maintain a safe environment
• document care and communicate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
• follow hospital and infection-control procedures.
