What you'll do

• Develop new and existing mortgage business
• promote credit union products and services
• prepare loan papers for underwriting or processing
• follow loan procedures and policy
• maintain knowledge of lending regulations and FNMA standards
• support member satisfaction and resolve difficult member issues
• register and maintain NMLS registration
• liaise with members, processing vendors, lenders, and title companies
• complete compliance training.
