The RN provides person-centered nursing care and collaborates with residents, families, and the multidisciplinary team. The role supports resident outcomes through clinical assessment, treatment, monitoring, and clear documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care
• coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• administer and record medications
• monitor vital signs and specialized equipment
• respond to adverse symptoms
• provide bedside care
• change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs
• document care
• and participate in discharge planning.
