What you'll do

• Perform interior and exterior repairs to apartments, common areas, buildings, and grounds
• prepare vacant apartments for occupancy
• communicate service requests and maintenance needs to the supervisor
• inspect exterior and shared areas
• monitor maintenance expenses
• follow health and safety requirements
• provide responsive service to residents, employees, vendors, and the public.
