Estate Planning Attorney

Job overview

The Estate Planning Attorney role is hybrid, with court appearances, client meetings, supervision, and team collaboration onsite in Tucson, AZ; drafting and case preparation may be done remotely when appropriate. Compensation is $120,000–$150,000 per year. Mulembo Law is building an estates, trusts, guardianship, and probate practice, while the initial caseload also includes family law matters. The attorney will carry family law and estate-related matters while establishing the new practice area’s intake criteria, fees, workflows, and document templates. The role contributes to the firm’s planned practice growth through client representation, practice-area leadership, marketing collaboration, and staff mentorship.

What you'll do

• Carry a family law caseload involving divorce, custody, parenting time, support, and modifications, including regular court appearances
• handle wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate, trust administration, guardianship, and conservatorship matters
• design intake criteria, fee structure, workflow, and document templates for the estates practice
• partner with leadership on marketing and positioning
• advise clients
• mentor paralegals and staff.
