What you'll do

• Assess and manage surgical, arterial, venous, pressure-related, and other complex wounds
• develop and update individualized care plans
• conduct weekly wound rounds and measurements
• monitor healing and identify complications
• document treatments and follow-up
• educate residents, families, and caregivers
• demonstrate wound care techniques
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
