Assistant Self-Storage Property Manager

The Assistant Self-Storage Property Manager role is onsite in Havelock, NC, with compensation of $18–$20 per hour. The role supports FreeUp Storage facility performance through customer service, operational execution, and hands-on facility care. Spartan Investment Group focuses on self-storage and RV park projects. The assistant helps customers choose storage solutions, supports occupancy and revenue efforts, maintains a clean and safe facility, and keeps tenant and account records accurate while working with the Property Manager to deliver a strong customer experience.

What you'll do

• Follow up with customers and explain storage options
• support occupancy, revenue, retention, and delinquency efforts
• explain Property Protection and Auto-Pay and assist with enrollment
• complete routine inspections and light maintenance
• assist with local marketing and outreach
• maintain accurate digital tenant, move-in, and account records
• support facility cleanliness, safety, and audit readiness.
