What you'll do

• Collect and analyze patient health data
• identify diagnoses, care issues, and desired outcomes
• develop and implement care plans
• coordinate care and promote a safe environment
• evaluate progress
• collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• provide health information and learning opportunities
• participate in discharge planning
• and delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members. Required credentials include state RN licensure and BLS
• ACLS or ALS is required for the department. The posting requests at least two years of recent experience.
