What you'll do

• Perform member-service, teller, and lending transactions
• maintain member relationships and knowledge of credit union products and regulations
• open accounts and verify identification
• maintain and balance a cash drawer
• prepare consumer loan applications and notify applicants of decisions
• service loans
• resolve member issues or escalate complex matters
• and assist customers with interactive teller machine transactions. The role may rotate to nearby branches as needed.
