Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Plan and supervise scheduled maintenance work and mechanics
• manage the Maintenance Department and plant equipment and facilities
• oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic machinery
• manage the repair and maintenance budget and report on spending relative to production
• plan and manage capital projects
• interview, hire, train, assign, and evaluate employees
• coordinate spare-parts ordering
• work with other departments to meet production schedules
• follow SQF principles and workplace safety requirements
• review and update preventive maintenance programs.
