What you'll do

• Assist with breaking project plans into tasks and coordinating daily and weekly work plans
• track field costs, spreadsheets, purchase order logs, and invoice reconciliation
• support three-week look-ahead scheduling
• coordinate equipment, crews, materials, and deliveries
• maintain 811 dig tickets, permit and inspection records, as-builts, test results, daily reports, and project logs
• promote field safety, identify and escalate risks, coordinate subcontractors, track production, and support meetings and communications.
