Area Operator

Job overview

The Area Operator role is in person in Salem, UT. Pay is $80,000–$100,000 per year. Crimson Heights Behavioral Health provides Day Treatment, Residential, Community-Based Services, and Applied Behavior Analysis services. What you'll do

• Build operational systems and infrastructure
• ensure adherence to policies, contracts, and strategic goals
• develop stakeholder and referral relationships
• coach and mentor operational leaders
• hold clinical leadership accountable for treatment and plan compliance
• establish goals, workflows, and performance standards
• support documentation, compliance, productivity, and growth
• train staff
• collaborate on authorizations and workflows
• lead or participate in audits
• oversee program compliance, facilities, vehicles, and equipment
• support budgeting, reporting, admissions, staffing, performance reviews, incident reporting, and organizational KPIs.
