What you'll do

• Lead and coach payroll specialists
• coordinate daily workflow and staffing
• ensure client payrolls are completed accurately and on time
• balance workloads and monitor deadlines and exceptions
• maintain a limited portfolio of assigned payrolls and provide temporary coverage
• develop standard operating procedures
• improve efficiency and controls
• support client payroll implementations and stabilization
• handle complex escalations
• investigate errors and coordinate corrective action
• monitor department measures
• and maintain confidentiality and access controls.

Why this role
