What you'll do

• Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• coordinate staffing, schedules, and unit workflow
• ensure compliance with CMS regulations, DPH standards, and facility policies
• review resident care plans and clinical records
• communicate with physicians, residents, and families
• support quality improvement, infection control, and QAPI initiatives
• mentor and train staff
• participate in management meetings and regulatory survey preparation.
