What you'll do

• Carry out work orders and cleaning schedules
• inspect exteriors, units, equipment, grounds, parking, and fields
• perform groundskeeping and cleaning
• record work performed
• maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• report unusual property or resident circumstances
• diagnose issues and repair or replace parts as appropriate
• apply chemicals and use hand and power tools
• follow OSHA standards and company safety policies.
