What you'll do

• Make proactive outbound calls and conduct policy and household reviews
• work with customers considering cancellation to address concerns and retain business
• identify coverage gaps and additional insurance needs
• pursue cross-selling, companion policies, rewrites, and coverage improvements
• quote products and present tailored recommendations
• identify life insurance opportunities when appropriate
• handle objections and ask for business
• follow up consistently
• manage and document the customer pipeline
• meet activity, retention, sales, and production expectations.
