Job overview

The Respiratory Therapist provides direct patient care, including medical gas administration, breathing therapy, and medication management at our Austin, TX facility. This role is onsite and supports our inpatient rehabilitation team in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients recovering from respiratory challenges. This position exists to guide patients through their recovery journey by assessing needs, creating personalized care plans, and resolving concerns. The therapist works collaboratively within a supportive team to foster independence and celebrate patient milestones.

What you'll do

• Provide direct care including medical gas, breathing therapy, and medication.
• Supervise care and breathing treatments.
• Lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Build relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs.
